City Partners with Xpress Bill Pay for online payments


The City of Prospect Heights is partnering with Xpress Bill Pay effective January 1, 2018 for online payment services.

Xpress Bill Pay will provide all the convenience you have experienced with the former online payment system in what we believe will be a more customer friendly platform. Because of this change, utility customers wishing to pay online or utilize autopay will need to create new accounts with Xpress Bill Pay. Customers can go to the City’s website or go directly to www.xpressbillpay.com. Customers will be able to go online and setup their new Xpress Bill Pay accounts on January 1, 2018.

Xpress Bill Pay will allow residents to:

·        Pay your bills with Visa, Master Card, Discover credit cards, bank debit card, or you can transfer funds directly from your banking account.
·        Choose to setup automatic bill payments and payments will be automatically deducted from a credit card or banking account on the frequency you choose.
·        View up to a year of Xpress Bill Pay history of your new account online.
·        Pay your bills online or by using the XPress Bill Pay mobile app. You can also set up Xpress Bill Auto Pay to pay your bill on a scheduled frequency of your choosing.
·        Receive email reminder alerts sent to customers when bills arrive, when they're due, and when they're paid.
