Vehicle stickers are required to be purchased before April 1st or late fees may apply.

Per City Code, all motor vehicles and motorcycles registered to an address or PO Box within the jurisdiction of Prospect Heights and all vehicles which are garaged or most regularly parked in the City when not in use, regardless of where such owner resides, shall obtain a sticker and pay the appropriate fee for such motor vehicle. Vehicle stickers are required to be purchased before April 1st or late fees may apply. 

Renewal of vehicle stickers or pet licenses can be renewed online through Xpress Bill Pay. Stickers and licenses for new vehicles or pets must be purchased in person at City Hall or through the mail.
